Refund Eligibility

Titan Edge Athletics offers refunds within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. If you meet the criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified)
  • Customized items (such as personalized apparel)

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The refund may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account. If the refund still hasn’t appeared, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer service to check product availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Gift Returns

For gifts, returns will be issued as store credit or exchanges. We cannot refund the original purchaser. If you are the gift recipient, you will receive store credit for the returned product.
