Shipping Policy

Titan Edge Athletics offers standard and expedited shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. We process all orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.

All shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery address and selected shipping options.

Please note that Titan Edge Athletics is not responsible for any delays caused by external carriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5-7 business days, depending on location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives in 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or worn products

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is deemed to be damaged, worn, or used, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit, or you can exchange it for a different item of equal or lesser value.
